Highly skilled Ghanaian highlife singer, King Promise emerges onto the music scene with yet another resounding collection tagged “5 Star Album”

Gregory Bortey Newman, who is known professionally as King Promise is a Ghanaian highlife and Afrobeats singer and who is currently signed to the Legacy Life Entertainment record Label. However, he gained massive recognition after his feature on DJ Vision’s song titled “Double Trouble” alongside Sarkodie. 

After King Promise debuted in 2019 with his debut outstanding album “As Promised,” followed by an EP called “Love & Happiness” in 2020, the Ghanaian superstar unleashes another intriguing body of work tagged “5 Star” in 2022.

The newly released album houses 15 astounding soundtracks with features coming from Patoranking, Omah Lay, Vic Mensa, Chance The Rapper, Headie One, WSTRN, Frenna, and Bisa Kdei.

King Promise’s mellow yet danceable blend of Afrobeats, Highlife and R&B have caught the attention of music heavyweights including Wizkid, Sarkodie and international artists such as Chance The Rapper.
