Mavins Records newest signee, Ayra Starr is out with her debut project under the Mavin imprint titled “Ayra Starr EP” delivered in January, 2021. Less than 24 hours after Don Jazzy unveiled the songstress, she dropped this EP to mark her entrance into the music scene.
This exciting EP contains 5 solid tracks with no guest appearances. The beautiful assortment contains a combination of thoughtful verses relating to teenage angst, romance and adult experiences. It essentially includes components of R&B with neo-soul, and integrates Afropop percussive rhythms.
After covering several songs by popular artists on Instagram, Ayra Starr posted her first original song which led to the attention Don Jazzy. Ayra Starr collaborated with producers Louddaaa, Dayogrey and Don Jazzy on this exciting EP.
