Renowned Nigerian craftsman, Burna Boy returns to the music scene with an outstanding 7 track EP tagged “Redemption”
Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu better known by his stage name Burna Boy, is a Nigerian vocalist, rapper and musician. He often combines Afrobeat, R&B and Hip-Hop together to deliver mind blowing tracks.
Multi talented Nigerian hotshot, Burna Boy comes through with this incredible Extended Play named “Redemption”. It was released under Spaceship Entertainment records. The Extended Play consists of seven astonishing tracks delivered in 2016 after a long hiatus from the Lord of Afrobeats.
The lovely EP is a 90’s themed collection which shows Burna Boy’s raw and unique talents. The Port Harcourt born Star, went back in time to recruit Aristocrat in house maker, LeriQ for the production of the EP. LeriQ eventually got the honour of producing all the entire tracks off the EP with grime like productions. Burna Boy went solo in all of the amazing tracks off the album with exciting singles like “Fa So LaTi Do”, “Pree Me” among others.
This aforementioned EP was the highlight of Burna Boy’s international recognition. The EP was based on Burna’s state of mind where he expressed his inner feelings. Sit back and enjoy the LeriQ produced jams.
