One of Nigeria’s indigenous rapper, Reminisce teams up with fellow top notch rappers to release this blistering record titled “Local Rappers”.

Remilekun Safaru known professionally as Reminisce is one of the most celebrated singer, rapper and hitmaker in Nigeria. He is widely known for his unprecedented style of music mixing his native language, Yoruba with English.

However, he dropped the song “Local Rappers” in the year 2015 off his Baba Hafusa album through EDGE Records on 21 January 2015. This record featured two Nigeria’s heavyweight rappers, Olamide and Phyno as they both combined efforts to create this masterpiece that later became one of the hottest songs of 2015.

This energetic song earned a nomination for Best Rap Single at the 2015 edition of the Headies Award and went on to win the Best Collabo that same year.
