Chidinma Ekile known professionally as Chidinma, is a former Nigerian hip-hop singer and songwriter. She was born in Ketu, Kosofe, Lagos State to parents originating from Imo State. Having singing at the age of 6, she joined her church’s choir at the age of 10.

The beautiful singer left school to pursue her dream which is music. Her breakthrough call came in 2010 when she won the third season of Project Fame West Africa. Following the release of the music video for her “Emi Ni Baller” single, she became the first female musician to peak at number 1 on the MTV Base Official Naija Top 10 chart.
