Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe( born 14th of June, 2002) professionally known as Ayra Starr is a Nigerian Singer, Songwriter and Model. She began her career in fashion at the age of 16 with Quave Model Management before pursuing a future in Music.

She was born in Cotonou and raised in Lagos State to parents from Kwara State. She developed an interest in music from her music loving family.

Her attention caught Mavin Record Executive, Don Jazzy after covering several songs by popular artists on social media. The original song “Damage” led to her first recording contract with Mavin Records in 2019. Her first album “19 and dangerous” was released on January 22nd, 2021. After her first single “Away” she became one of the fast-rising female artists in Nigeria. She released her first solo song “Bloody Samaritan” which climbed its way to the number one spot in the top 50 Nigerian chart while becoming the first female artist to do so with a solo single. At the 8th African Music Magazine Award, she was nominated for the best newcomer award.
