Adekunle Kosoko Professionally known as Adekunle Gold/AG baby was born into the Kosoko Royal Family of Lagos State, Nigeria on the 28th of January ,1987. Aside Music and Song writing, he is also a graphic designer where he holds a Higher National Diploma in Arts and Design from Lagos State polytechnic.

He developed interest in music while listening to King sunny Ade. He wrote his first song at the age of 15. On 19th of December, 2014, he released “sade” which was nominated for the best Alternative song at The headies award in 2015.

On March, 2015, he was signed into the  YBNL Record Label owned by veteran rapper “Olamide” where he released his first official single “Orente”. He has then released numerous hit singles and collaborated with Nigeria’s biggest superstars like Davido, Olamide, Kiss Daniel and more. He has three amazing albums to his name.

He is married to simi (Bolatito Ogunleye Kosoko) after dating for five years. They welcomed their daughter, Adejare Kosoko in May, 2020. He has won numerous awards both in Nigeria and Africa.
